Specialized services to agricultural, agri-industrial food processing and developmental projects throughout Africa provided by South African registered professional engineers, food processing scientists, agricultural practitioners, communicators and administrators, which aim to serve the urban and rural agricultural communities of Africa, with sustainable solutions with particular focus on designing and implementing projects to increase sustainable job opportunities.

AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMME (ASP)
The ASP is a programme designed to support to
• establish new farmers
• facilitate incubation of new farmers en-route to commercialism
• ongoing support to commercial farmers, and
• increase agricultural production through a grant/government funded programme.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES OF ASP:
– to establish a sustainable small holder component-extraction from existing subsistence farming platform
– Qualifying smallholder farmers to enter the incubation process on route to becoming small scale commercial farmers: 3-5 years
– Support and promotion of small holder farmers to be fully functioning and successful commercial farmers.
– Increase agricultural production
– Protect the natural resources whilst increasing production
– The socio-economic development of rural nodes through the increase in primary production and agro-processing.
– Support sector to increase the export contribution of primary produce and value-added products.
AFRICA EAT provides the following services in regards to ASP:
• establishment of the ASP with the support of government agricultural services
• implementation of the programme through fund management, procurement, administration, monitoring and evaluation, mentorship, appointing expert services
• training and support of government agricultural extension force
• assistance with market development

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
Development of training programmes, starting with the development objective of the client and the target group to be trained. A combined syllabus is then
generated with the capacity of the trainees in mind including:
Agriculture
• Skills programmes providing learners with knowledge in primary and
secondary animal and crop production, and agro processing
• agribusiness management training programmes
EXPORT & IMPORT
Facilitation of trade through sourcing and brokering between importer and exporter to ensure goods are delivered to the customers satisfaction.
